Industrial boilers are important human power equipment. For the coal powder preparation system in coal-fired steam boilers, there are two commonly used types: direct blowing coal powder preparation system: first, the coal powder is ground, and then directly fed into the furnace of the boiler for combustion. Therefore, it is suitable for operation under full load of the boiler.
Gas steam boiler is a thermal energy conversion equipment that uses natural gas, liquefied gas, city gas and other gas fuels as fuel, burns the heat released in the furnace, heats the water in the pot, and vaporizes it into steam. Water in the pot (drum) is continuously heated by the energy released by the combustion of gas fuel in the furnace, resulting in an increase in temperature and the generation of pressurized steam. Due to the fact that the boiling point of water increases with the increase of pressure, the boiler is sealed, and the expansion of water vapor inside is limited to generate pressure and form thermal power. Strictly speaking, the water vapor of the boiler is formed by heating water at a constant pressure in the drum to saturation and then vaporizing. As an energy source, it is widely used as a boiler gas combustion controller.
The boiler gas combustion controller can basically meet users' requirements for boiler output and environmental protection through the transformation of coal-fired boilers and the addition of environmental protection equipment. However, this is not the optimal combustion method for biomass particles. At the same time, the industrialization level of biomass raw material collection, transportation, and processing is not high, and there is still a long way to go for biomass utilization in China.
