How to adjust the rotary kiln burner
As an important component of rotary kiln equipment, the use of burners plays a very important role in the calcination effect of the rotary kiln. The purpose of adjusting the rotary kiln burner is to change the combustion speed and flame shape. Experts from Europa Burner have found through long-term research that during the production process, the kiln burner often needs to be adjusted according to the following conditions.
1. Adjust according to flame color and combustion zone temperature.
Flame color: During ignition, control to dark red and light yellow; When peeling, maintain a light yellow and white color. Usually controlled in white or white gloss. The color of the flame can reflect the temperature of the combustion zone. If the temperature is too low, internal air should be increased appropriately. Higher temperatures will reduce internal wind.
2. Adjust according to the kiln shell.
The normal thickness of the kiln shell is 200-300mm, with a flat surface. The length of the main kiln shell is 13-18m, and the length of the auxiliary kiln shell is 18-20m. The burner must be moved once per shift to allow the auxiliary kiln shell to fall and undergo a long-term dynamic repetitive process to prevent the formation of a ring.
3. Adjust the granulation of materials in the kiln.
If the granulation inside the kiln is 40mm and the material is viscous, it indicates a high temperature and external air should be increased to extend the flame. On the contrary, increase the internal wind and ignition temperature, but pay attention to the lining of the ignition belt.
4. Adjust the position of the ring in the kiln to meet the needs of firing the ring.
5. Adjust the kiln conditions according to the needs of the shift.
6. Adjust the total amount and pressure of primary air to ensure that the coal injection pipe has sufficient thrust.
7. Adjusting the inner diameter of the coal pipe and changing the outlet wind speed are supplementary measures to change the thrust of the coal pipe.
8. Adjust the internal and external air ratio. The internal wind is a swirling wind, which shortens and thickens the flame; The external wind is axial flow, causing the flame to become thinner and longer.
