What is the working principle of a natural gas boiler burner?
Natural gas boiler burners are important combustion equipment in the auxiliary equipment of gas boilers. Natural gas boiler burners can be divided into natural gas burners, urban gas burners, liquefied petroleum gas burners, and biogas burners. Here is a brief introduction to the working principle and circuit diagram of the natural gas boiler burner.
Working principle of natural gas boiler burner
The natural gas boiler controls combustion through a burner, which is responsible for mixing fuel and oxygen in the boiler content, igniting it through an ignition device, and continuously burning to heat the water inside the boiler.
As a highly automated electromechanical integrated equipment, natural gas boiler burners can be divided into five major systems: air supply system, ignition system, monitoring system, fuel system, and electrical control system:
1. The function of the air supply system is to send a certain wind speed and volume of air into the combustion chamber. Its main components include: shell, fan motor, fan impeller, gun fire pipe, damper controller, damper baffle, cam adjustment mechanism, and diffusion plate.
2. The function of the ignition system is to ignite a mixture of air and fuel, and its main components include: ignition transformer, ignition electrode, and electric fire high-voltage cable. The flame length, cone angle, and shape can be designed according to user requirements.
3. The function of the monitoring system is to ensure the safe and stable operation of the combustion engine, and its main components include flame monitors, pressure monitors, temperature monitors, etc.
4. The function of the fuel system is to ensure the fuel required for combustion in the combustion engine. The fuel system of a fuel burner mainly includes: oil pipes and joints, oil pumps, solenoid valves, nozzles, and heavy oil preheaters. Gas combustion engines mainly include filters, pressure regulators, solenoid valve groups, ignition solenoid valve groups, and fuel butterfly valves.
5. The electronic control system is the command center and liaison center for each of the above systems, with the main control component being a programmable controller. Different programmable controllers are equipped for different combustion engines. Common programmable controllers include the LFL series, LAL series, LOA series, and LGB series, with the main difference being the timing of each program step.
