What are the six components of a boiler burner?
1. Main structure
This section constitutes the main structure and outline of the burner. It includes a shell and related components, and other functional system products are installed on the main structure.
2. Control system
This section of products includes controllers, servo mechanisms (motors and hydraulic cylinders), flame monitors, pressure or temperature switches, etc. Controller: The core part of burner control, including a process management controller called a proportional regulator, a gas leakage detector responsible for detecting valve leakage, etc. Responsible for collecting and triggering signals for each action, equivalent to the brain of a burner. Commonly used brands include Europa, Siemens, Honeywell, etc. Among them, Siemens is widely imitated and has a high level of simulation.
Servo system: All electric servo motors and mechanical drive hydraulic cylinders belong to the control system. The reason is that the former and the programmable controller form a closed-loop control system, while the latter's power comes from the oil pump, whose execution instructions are actually triggered by the controller and control the opening and closing of the shock absorber.
Flame detector: This name is increasingly deviating from the actual functional name of the industry's popular name, ultimately confusing controllers that only control switches through flame signals in the controller category. The actual flame can be used as an ion probe to detect flame ions through photoresist and phototube. If it can turn on and off the power itself, it should obviously be called a controller. Just like in all industries, all buyers only care about spending the least money to buy the best things, and all sellers only care about obtaining more profits with less cost. What is the source of the subject matter? Just nobody noticed, it became the last part. Pressure and temperature switches: In a broad sense, they should be referred to as pressure or temperature sensors. Among them, the gas switch in the pressure switch is mainly used for gas control of the gas burner, while the air pressure switch is used to control the air (if there is no forced gas supply and air pressure is generated, the power supply of the entire machine will be cut off). The temperature switch is mainly used to control the heating temperature of high viscosity fuels (such as heavy oil or residual oil).
3. Ignition system
This section of products includes ignition transformers, ignition electrodes, and high-voltage wires. Ignition transformer: A product used to generate high-voltage current and discharge it through the electrode tip to ignite the burner. This is a low-tech product and is also seen as a low-tech product to imitate. Ignition electrode: Not to mention products with any technical content. Unless the shape is too strange and the usage is too low, the editor will not store the original product and will not recommend users to use it. High voltage line: It is just a high-temperature and high-voltage power line. Why do I need to import it? Not to mention the original ones.
4. Powertrain system
In ordinary burners, only the electric motor is related to power.
5. Fuel supply system
On the burner, this is a more complex system. In fact, the mechanical products involved in this system are much more complex than the electrical products in the control system. Fuel pump, fuel nozzle, fuel heater, fuel cup, fuel pipe, fuel solenoid valve, gas valve (including gas solenoid valve), gas pressure regulator, gas filter.
6. Combustion system
The most technologically advanced system in the burner industry. In fact, regardless of the complexity of the electrical products responsible for control or the complexity of the oil pump, the level of these technologies and methods is independent of the burner manufacturer's own capabilities, but the design of the combustion system requires them to be self-reliant. Therefore, the level of the combustion system determines the ability of the burner. This part of the product includes combustion tanks, forced blower impellers, flame plates, oil guns, gas core tubes, and internal or external diffusers. This part of the product constitutes an air fuel pre mixing device.
